Borderline General Counselling Service:

offers counselling to the public from its premises in Carlisle. Typical issues brought to counselling include relationship or family problems, depression, anxiety, stress, sexual abuse, parenting or bereavement problems.
Various training courses are offered on a regular basis for those interested in counselling and pastoral care.
